Hi, I'm Bob Blake,

the Founder of HWSS

(Health, Wellbeing & Sports Science)

My journey began training as a Paramedic and serving as a Military Medic.

My one claim to fame is that I was the youngest person ever to join the

Essex Ambulance Service when the minimum age was 21.

This record stood the test of time until they lowered

the entry age to 18 many years later.

​

Over the past two decades, I’ve expanded my expertise,

becoming an UEFA C Football Coach while earning qualifications in

Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) and FA Psychology.

 

With a strong healthcare background and a deep passion for all things medical,

I founded HWSS to help people access better solutions.
