HWSS stands for Health, Wellbeing & Sports Science. We're a precision health education company founded by Bob Blake, a former paramedic and military medic. Our mission is to help people live longer, healthier lives through education, community support, and access to expert guidance - not through selling products or quick-fix solutions. HWSS was founded by Bob Blake, who brings a unique background to health education: • Trained Paramedic (youngest ever to join Essex Ambulance Service at age 21) • Former Military Medic with battlefield medical experience • Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) qualified • FA Psychology certified • Mental Heath Aware Bob founded HWSS after witnessing firsthand, through years in emergency medicine, how preventable many health crises are. He became frustrated with the healthcare system's reactive approach and the wellness industry's focus on selling products rather than education. HWSS was created to make precision health knowledge accessible and affordable for everyone.
