Individual Membership: £9.99 per person per month We've intentionally kept it affordable as an "entry point" to make precision health accessible to all. From time to time we run an Annual Payment Promotion equivalent to £6.99 per month. Follow our social media channels for details. Unlike many wellness programs, there are no hidden fees, no mandatory product purchases, and no aggressive upsells. Your membership gives you full access to everything we offer.

Yes, absolutely. There is an initial 3 month commitment but after that you can cancel your membership at any time. We do ask that you let us know why you're leaving (if you're comfortable sharing) so we can continue improving. But there's no hassle, no penalties, and no trying to convince you to stay against your will. If you're thinking about cancelling, we'd love to chat first to see if there's something we can improve or if we're just not the right fit - that's okay too!
